Restriction Timer

Use the timer to start restricting certain functions.

  1. Click the Timer button from the teacher console, then the Timer dialog will appear.




  2. Select a function to use the timer with and then choose the action and set the time frame to complete the action.


  3. Click Start to start the timer.

Student Activity Log

Teachers can take logs of student application use and Interner browsing history.

  1. Click the Student Activity Log button from the Function List panel and then the student activity log dialog will appear.



  2. Select a Computer name and Date to find the activity log.




    Caution

    You can select logs up to seven (7) days prior to the current date, however as each day progresses, the log for that day will be automatically erased. It is best to Save the Log for each day at the end of the week by choosing the day and clicking the Save button. You can choose to save the log as a CSV or XML file to open up in Excel.

    Start Time Time when the student program window is activated.
    End Time Time when the student program window is de-activated.
